The room was spacious and clean. I found a comfortable double bed in the room. The split level suite had nice amenities including an iron, ironing board, and even a washing machine (which was a pleasant surprise!).
The fridge in my room wasn't working properly. I had to order food instead of keeping my own supplies cold.

the room included a microwave. it was a detail i found acceptable.
the room i stayed in showed signs of wear, i noticed a hole in the wall. additionally, a table was missing from one side of the bed, and the curtains had visible stains.

the staff were helpful i thought it was very safe and the price was more than fair
the toilet made a bad noise after flushing this continued for some time the windows were left open with coat hangers lights by the bed didn't work the water pressure wasn't great either

The room was lovely, with a small kitchenette. It had a sink, cupboards, a kettle, a microwave, and a mini-fridge (I thought it was a nice touch). Tea, coffee, and milk were provided, which I appreciated.
My room felt hot even with the windows open. It was clear why a fan was provided (but I wished for air conditioning). I also noticed coffee stains on the wall next to the bedside table.

I found hair in the shower. It was pretty disgusting. Broken tiles in the bathroom also presented a health hazard, something I didn't appreciate at all. The place needs some serious upkeep.

the room was nicely laid out. the sheets were very clean.
the bed wasn't accessible from both sides. it was quite a squeeze. i also noticed several marks on the walls i could have easily wiped off.
